Meat Market: one way to pay off debt

How come there's so much action in selling body parts lately? Sounds like an IPO we need to get in on. That damn finger has really gotten around. If a finger is worth $50, a hand is worth $250? An hour or two of mowing lawns could have paid off that debt. (Or maybe that's how he lost his finger.)
